Course aims: Students get to know the theoretical basis of in vitro propagation: The special system of plant biotechnology; the factors that determine the success and way of development of in vitro plant tissues and organs; the effect of different culture conditions; problems during in vitro propagation; results in in vitro cultivation of different types of ornamental plants (woody ornamentals, annuals and perennials, tropical plants)
